Invoice and process fees and levies including
instigating debt recovery. |

Process all creditors accounts for payment. |

Prepare annual financial statements of Income and
Expenditure plus a yearly budget to cover forecasted expenditure.

Meetings |

Call and attend Annual General Meetings and
Extraordinary Meetings including the preparation and circulation of
documents to members, preparation of Agenda, attend and chair meetings
as required, record and distribute minutes, act upon and follow through

Insurance |

Deal with all insurance matters in accordance with
the Financial Services Reform Act. |

Arrange insurance on behalf of the Owners
Corporation as required under statute and as instructed by the members. |

Assist in the processing of insurance claims. |

Maintenance |
· |
Assist in maintaining the property by
arranging repairs and maintenance, cleaning and gardening as requested
by the Owners Corporation. |

Validate invoices and pay contractors
and tradespeople. |

Provision of a 24 hour, 7 days per week
emergency maintenance service. |
· |
Reference to building consultants and
experts for complex matters, building defects etc.
